Job summary

Kforce Inc in Spring, TX is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a strategic UX/UI and mobile-first digital transformation initiative. You will coordinate across UX/UI, content strategy, front-end development, analytics, and executive reporting to deliver ~50 mobile-first landing pages and related design assets.

The role requires 8+ years of PM experience, strong cross-functional leadership in Agile/hybrid settings, and excellence in stakeholder communication and executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Project or Program Management experience
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in Agile, hybrid, or iterative delivery
• Experience developing executive-level presentations, dashboards, and status reporting
• Experience managing project risks, dependencies, budgets, scope, and resource planning
• Understanding of UX/UI design processes, content strategy, and digital product delivery

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated project plans, schedules, workstreams, dependencies, and milestones
• Lead project kickoff activities and establish governance, communication, and reporting processes
• Drive execution across UX/UI design, content strategy, front-end development, and mobile optimization workstreams
• Ensure alignment between business objectives, user experience goals, and project deliverables
• Identify project risks and mitigation plans and escalate issues when necessary
