Qualifications

• Experience with multiple technologies and functions.
• Extensive knowledge of PM methodologies, tools, resource and change management.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, report status, and ensure stability of project-oriented work.
• Establish and implement PM processes for IT to ensure timely delivery, budget adherence, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• Assemble project plans, direct daily work, identify resource needs, and review quality.
• Track milestones and adjust plans/resources to meet customer needs.
• Coordinate communication across enterprise impacting scope, budget, risk, and resources.
• Partner with senior management to identify IT opportunities supporting enterprise goals.
• Manage cross-functional projects of medium to high complexity.
• Ensure teams receive required information and documentation to perform responsibilities.
• Lead end-to-end project lifecycle from inception to deployment.
• Create and track end-to-end project plans with scrum masters and team leads.
• Lead change requests and track progression.
• Identify critical paths and risks; develop mitigation plans.
• Report progress, risks, and issues to stakeholders.
• Maintain project budgets in collaboration with management.
