Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of world-class digital experiences (web, app, omni-channel).
Collaborate with Design, Frontend & Backend Tech, Data & Analytics, and User Research.
Develop and manage product roadmaps and define success metrics.
Translate opportunities into high-impact customer-focused solutions.
Monitor KPIs and drive ongoing optimization and improvements.
Ensure smooth execution across the product lifecycle and stakeholders.
Partner with Business Support to align with corporate objectives and growth.
