LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex government-facing projects, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure scope, schedule, budget, compliance, and customer satisfaction across initiatives.

The ideal candidate will drive project planning, governance, and executive reporting while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 5+ years of project management or PMO experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading customer-facing projects within complex cross-functional environments.
• PMP certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage complex customer engagements and cross-functional initiatives.
• Drive project planning, milestone management, dependency tracking, issue resolution, and delivery execution.
• Build and maintain project schedules, action logs, risk registers, governance documentation, and executive-ready status reporting artifacts.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Engineering, Product Management, Testing, Operations, Legal, Sales, and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Lead customer communications, governance discussions, delivery reviews, and project status meetings.
• Manage stakeholder expectations through proactive communication, issue escalation, and consistent follow-up.
• Identify risks, blockers, and dependencies proactively while driving accountability and resolution across teams.
• Lead scope management and change control efforts while ensuring alignment to contractual obligations and business objectives.
• Communicate project health, delivery status, risks, financial impacts, dependencies, and key decisions to leadership and customer stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, and regulatory requirements throughout all project phases.
• Drive operational improvements and contribute to PMO delivery best practices and process optimization efforts.
• Operate effectively in fast-moving environments where priorities, timelines, and requirements may evolve.
