Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions is seeking a Senior Project Manager I to lead medium-to-large projects with enterprise impact across multiple functions. You will drive alignment, governance, and delivery excellence while shaping PMO practices in a fast-paced environment.

You will mentor junior PMs, report to executives, and influence decisions across Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Product, Marketing, and Operations. This role emphasizes risk-aware, compliant project execution.

Qualifications

• 5–9+ years of cross-functional project management experience.
• Ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, including with executive leadership.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with changing priorities and timelines.
• Strong governance, risk management, and performance tracking knowledge.
• Experience in regulated environments (financial services, data privacy, compliance) preferred.
• Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Jira, Smartsheet.
• Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium-to-large, complex projects with enterprise impact.
• Define governance frameworks, delivery standards, and roadmaps.
• Manage dependencies, risks, and cross-functional coordination.
• Act as trusted advisor to senior stakeholders with executive reporting.
• Influence cross-functional alignment across Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy, Product, Marketing, Operations.
• Track performance with KPIs and proactively mitigate risks.
• Mentor junior PMs and advance PMO practices.
• Support go-to-market execution, launch readiness, and post-launch optimization.
