Job summary

DEPT® DELIVERY is seeking an Associate Director, Delivery to lead high-value digital campaigns and projects across media engagements. You will serve as a central liaison between internal teams and clients, ensuring ownership, efficiency, and on-time, on-budget delivery.

You will collaborate across disciplines with a focus on performance marketing, planning, and analytics, while mentoring junior project managers and driving process improvements across the delivery function.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in digital project or program management, with ownership over large engagements or multi-track workstreams.
• Experience managing projects with budgets of $1M+ from end to end.
• Proven media agency experience with English-speaking client accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead mid-sized to large digital campaigns and manage cross-functional teams.
• Define scope, timelines, and resourcing with stakeholders.
• Drive end-to-end delivery, on time, on brief, within budget.
• Identify risks and resolve blockers with proactive problem-solving.
• Monitor project financials and adjust estimates and completion dates as needed.
• Collaborate to evolve delivery processes and templates.
