Job summary

Huge is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and deliver development projects and digital campaigns within the Program Delivery team. You will coordinate strategy, creative, technology, production, and media workstreams and serve as the primary liaison between clients and project teams to ensure successful, on-time delivery.

You will manage multiple workstreams, guide budgets and timelines, and foster strong relationships with clients while applying agile-like practices.

Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery to implementation.
• Experience managing budgets, burn reports, and writing SOWs.
• Experience in management or mentorship.
• Ability to ensure the project team meets objectives on time and budget while delivering high quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prioritize all deliverables and resources across multiple projects with cross-functional teams.
• Focus on goals and solutions at various scales.
• Act as the central delivery hub for multiple workstreams.
• Collaborate closely with all discipline team members.
• Utilize tools like Asana, Jira, and Coda for tracking.
• Maintain strong client relationships as the project’s main contact.
• Communicate project status to clients and internal teams.
• Anticipate risks and scope changes, and manage deliverables to meet launch dates.
