Worst Kept Secret is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead delivery across multiple projects within the Client Success department. You will orchestrate cross‑functional teams, ensuring rigorous timelines, defined scope, and high-quality outcomes across accounts.

This role emphasizes accountability, proactive risk management, and clear communication with Account Management and internal partners to maintain momentum and client success.

Dedicated to achieving client success, the team is divided into two key functions: Account Management and Project Management. Account Management focuses on account-level ownership – building strong client relationships, driving business results – while Project Management takes ownership at the project level – ensuring internal cohesion and the successful execution of jobs, output, and delivery. Both functions are equally committed to client success, requiring strong collaboration to seamlessly align strategic goals with flawless execution.

Within Client Success, the Project Management team is the operational engine of the agency. The team is accountable for how work gets done, from kickoff to completion. Project Management sets the course to hit our stated goals, bringing discipline, foresight, and consistency to delivery, thus ensuring that work is delivered efficiently and at the highest level of quality. Project Management partners closely with Account Management and cross-functional teams. They create structure, clarity, and maintain momentum across complex initiatives, balancing rigor with flexibility to support both client goals and agency health.

Key Responsibilities of Senior Project Manager

The Senior Project Manager operates at a higher level of ownership, leading delivery across multiple projects or full account workstreams. This role is responsible not only for execution, but for orchestrating complex, cross-functional efforts and ensuring overall delivery excellence.

Senior Project Managers are the primary drivers of how work gets done at scale. They bring a forward‑looking, solutions‑oriented mindset, anticipating challenges, making informed decisions, and ensuring alignment across teams, timelines, and priorities.

Project & Delivery Management

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multi-disciplinary projects and accounts as assigned, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are clearly defined and met
• Manage burn reports for assigned projects and accounts, flagging any concerns to Account partner
• Facilitate internal reviews, ensuring there is alignment and understanding of next steps across teams
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budget trackers, and task assignments using Asana, Box & any other client designated project management tools
• Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards prior to client review
• Ensure alignment and cohesion across multiple concurrent projects or workstreams within an account

Resource Management

• Own decision‑making of resourcing and timelines for assigned projects and accounts, collaborating with Digital and Studio Producer partners on cross‑functional projects
• Partner closely with cross‑functional teams including Creative, Strategy, Media, Digital and Production to ensure alignment and accountability
• Support resource planning by aligning project timelines with available team capacity
• Resolve resourcing constraints or conflicts, flagging to PM Director as needed
• Proactively anticipate resourcing challenges and implement solutions before escalation is required
• Organize and facilitate project post‑mortems, implementing insights and learnings for future projects
• Act as Asana “expert” to assist teammates with questions or project management needs
• Contribute to the improvement of tools, templates, and delivery best practices
• Identify inefficiencies or risks in project workflows and suggest solutions
• Lead adoption of improved processes and best practices across teams or accounts
• Ensure consistency and rigor in project documentation, reporting, and operational discipline

Client & Internal Partnership

• Maintain strong client relationship as their strategic delivery partner
• Partner closely with Account managers to manage ambiguity and support clear, consistent client communication – while also flagging risks, changes, or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Facilitate internal status meetings, ensuring there is alignment across teams
• Serve as trusted internal point of contact for project‑related questions
• Escalate risks, changes, or concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Anticipate risks early and drive mitigation plans, not just escalation
• Provide confident, solutions‑oriented leadership in client‑facing delivery conversations
• Mentor and support Project Managers, helping to elevate team performance and capabilities
• Model best practices in communication, organization, and problem‑solving
• Contribute to a culture of accountability, collaboration, and delivery excellence
