Job summary

Mixpanel is seeking a Delivery Engineer II to own onboarding and data health for strategic customers, guiding data architecture and AI integrations within the Mixpanel data ecosystem.

You will collaborate with GTM teams and client stakeholders, delivering on-time onboarding, data trust, and scalable data governance while building agentic AI workflows and ensuring success across customers.

Qualifications

• Experience querying, modeling, and transforming data in SQL/dbt/Python and BI tools.
• Familiar with data warehouses (GCP, AWS Redshift, Azure).
• Experience delivering data-driven onboarding and analytics solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and data health for strategic clients and data quality improvements.
• Align with pre-sales to define goals and metrics for data architecture.
• Engage with customers' engineering and product teams to optimize deployments and improve data trust.
• Deliver data architecture consultations and adoption/change management best practices.
• Build scalable data governance and data trust programs.
• Balance timelines, scope, and unexpected issues in projects.
• Build AI automations to scale data management.
