Job summary

This senior role translates strategy into delivery roadmaps, guiding cross-functional squads to achieve defined outcomes, while aligning business priorities and technology execution for client value.

You will lead governance and governance rhythms, manage complex programs, and partner with Product and Technology teams to ensure predictable delivery

Qualifications

• 10+ years in business delivery, product delivery, program leadership, or transformation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Translate digital assets priorities into an Integrated delivery roadmap across squads.
• Maintain hands-on accountability for end-to-end delivery on time and within budget.
• Synchronize priorities with Product Managers, Technology leaders, and partners for alignment.
• Coordinate dependencies with enterprise partners and escalate issues as needed.
• Own delivery governance, quarterly planning, progress reporting, and stakeholder communications.
• Monitor delivery health, milestones, risks, and financials; drive timely mitigations.
• Coach squads and partner with managers to strengthen capabilities and team effectiveness.
