Job summary

Shake Shack is seeking a Senior Manager of Delivery and Channel Marketing to grow our delivery and digital ordering across first- and third-party platforms, increase transaction volume, and manage the gift card program across channels.

You will lead a cross-functional team, develop integrated marketing strategies, analyze sales data and market trends, and scale programs that reflect Shake Shack’s brand values while mentoring and expanding the delivery and channel marketing function.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Experience leading delivery and channel marketing initiatives.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision making.
• Ability to mentor a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead holistic strategy in Delivery (first- and third-party) to drive growth and sales.
• Identify and execute opportunities across advertising, promotions, product, and activations.
• Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitive activity for growth.
• Track and report on delivery marketing performance with insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with Operations, Finance, Technology and Data for campaigns.
