Qualifications

• 7+ years of technical delivery within Data and AI.
• Programming experience in Python, SQL or Scala.
• Experience in a customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting role.
• Understanding of distributed data systems.
• Ability to translate business value to technical deliverables.
• Travel up to 30% when needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with Solutions Architects to understand use case demand and plan delivery.
• Lead post-technical account strategy and execution for strategic accounts.
• Be the accountable technical leader for multiple use cases across selling teams.
• Serve as the first contact for production/go-live issues and escalations.
• Coordinate with Shared Services, Education, Onboarding/Technical Services, and PS for delivery.
• Create and own a point-of-view to accelerate use cases into production.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering for new innovations and upgrades.
• Provide KPI updates on usage and customer health to leadership.
