Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior Analyst, Business Delivery in Dallas, TX to drive prioritized operational delivery and initiative execution. You will translate leadership priorities into clear deliverables, coordinate execution activities, manage risks, and ensure on‑time delivery while collaborating with Service leadership, Technology, Fulfillment, and Reporting.

You will define KPI improvements, develop dashboards with Power BI, and present insights to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field.
• MBA is a plus.
• 6+ years in service operations, fulfillment, business analysis, or process improvement with project coordination.
• Experience gathering information, translating analysis into recommendations, and influencing decisions.
• Advanced Excel required; Power BI preferred.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, E1, and Arrow.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong PowerPoint skills.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen.
• Proficiency with Visio, Lucid, Miro, Smartsheet, and JIRA.

Responsabilités

• Lead end‑to‑end operational delivery of complex, cross‑functional initiatives with independent ownership of execution and outcomes.
• Translate scope and priorities into actionable execution plans with tasks, owners, timelines, and success criteria.
• Coordinate operational activities (logistics, pilots, UAT, cutover planning, readiness) as the primary accountability point.
• Define KPI improvements and establish ongoing measurement and dashboards (Power BI).
• Manage stakeholders, communicate progress, risks, and decisions; build cross-team alignment.
• Develop and deliver communications and job aids; contribute to training materials for adoption.
• Travel up to 10% domestically.
