Job summary
JSX in Dallas, TX seeks a Solutions Delivery Analyst to connect our Commercial strategy with technology solutions, translating business objectives into defined initiatives across Commercial, Marketing, eCommerce and product teams.
You will gather requirements, define workstreams, drive a scalable delivery framework, and oversee testing, deployments, and performance measurements to improve customer experience.
Qualifications
- 5–10 years supporting Commercial, Digital, Marketing or eCommerce initiatives.
- Experience as Business Analyst, Solutions Analyst, Product Analyst or Delivery Analyst.
- Ability to translate business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Experience with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Identify business challenges and technology needs with stakeholders.
- Gather, document, analyze, and refine requirements for new solutions.
- Translate business objectives into actionable technical requirements and workstreams.
- Establish a scalable solutions delivery framework for consistent execution.
- Coordinate activities across business, product and technical teams.
- Track milestones, risks, and decisions to maintain visibility.
- Support testing activities, including UAT and deployment readiness.
- Document processes, workflows, and requirements throughout delivery.
