Job summary

DHL Supply Chain seeks a Business Analytics Manager to lead analytics across multiple sites, mentor a growing team, and drive strategic insights for operations. You will oversee dashboards, ETL pipelines, and analytics governance to elevate data-driven decisions.

Based in the U.S. with travel to Northern California, Dallas–Fort Worth, and Phoenix (15–20%), you will partner with cross-functional leaders to deliver impactful analytics solutions that scale across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of equivalent professional experience.
• 3+ years of data analytics or business intelligence experience.
• Proven experience leading analytics teams or cross-functional analytics projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI with dashboard creation and DAX.
• Strong SQL skills and scripting in Python or R.
• Experience designing and managing data pipelines and working with diverse data sources.
• Understanding of statistics, data modeling, and analytics methodologies.
• Excellent communication and leadership to influence stakeholders.
• Ability to work fully onsite if role is based out of a warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of site-level analysts, including recruiting, training, and professional development.
• Set the vision and standards for analytics practices across the region or sector.
• Validate and improve analytical processes for consistency, accuracy, and business value.
• Collaborate with site leadership to identify opportunities for performance improvement through data.
• Oversee the development and deployment of Power BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Guide the design and implementation of data pipelines (ETL) from diverse sources.
• Promote data literacy and tool adoption through knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Serve as a strategic partner for cross-functional teams to deliver analytical solutions.
• Stay current with analytics trends and apply best practices to enhance reporting and automation.
• Support site startups by implementing analytics frameworks and tools.
