Job summary

Velera is seeking a Delinquency Management Solutions Lead to serve as a senior technical lead for design, administration, integration, automation, reporting, and continuous improvement of delinquency management systems. You will translate complex requirements into scalable solutions for collections, borrower communications, payment services, and analytics.

The role requires seven-plus years in systems administration or related fields, with strong SQL, APIs, Python, and data governance

Qualifications

Advanced knowledge of business systems administration, solution architecture, data integrations, automation technologies, APIs, secure file-transfer solutions, databases, workflow technologies, and enterprise applications.
Advanced SQL and data-analysis skills, including data investigation, validation, reconciliation, reporting, and root-cause analysis.
Working knowledge of Python and general programming and scripting concepts used to support implementations, automate processes, transform data, troubleshoot solutions, and collaborate effectively with development resources.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical lead for Delinquency Management platforms, integrations, automation solutions, and reporting systems.
Evaluate, implement, and optimize technology solutions and process improvements for efficiency and compliance.
Design, configure, maintain, and support system architectures, workflows, and data exchanges.
