Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of tax experience.
• Experience with international trust and FATCA.

Responsibilities

• Apply federal, state, and local tax laws to ensure timely tax compliance and filings for assigned clients.
• Lead and manage the Delaware Trust Tax Services team.
• Respond to notices from federal, state, and local authorities.
• Stay current with tax law changes and their application to accounts.
• Provide coaching and technical guidance to team members.
• Oversee workload planning, prioritization, and quality control.
