Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Masters in taxation or LLM preferred.
• 7+ years of trust tax experience.
• Credentialed tax professional (EA, CPA, or JD).

Responsabilités

• Prepare complicated trust and individual federal, state, and local tax returns.
• Research tax issues and collaborate with wealth advisors, portfolio managers and other tax staff.
• Ensure timely filing of client tax returns and maintain client tax materials.
• Review account transactions for accurate tax coding and reserves.
• Respond to notices from tax authorities and stay current with tax law changes.
