Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related.
• Advanced degree in Taxation or LL.M. in Taxation preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in tax compliance, planning, or advisory services.
• Active CPA, EA, or JD designation.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee timely tax preparation and filing for assigned clients.
• Serve as primary contact for Trust Officers and Financial Advisors.
• Direct day-to-day activities and strategy of Trust Tax Services.
• Research and resolve inquiries and notices from taxing authorities.
• Monitor regulatory developments and their impact on client accounts.
• Lead tax operations, process improvements, and team development.
• Mentor staff with technical guidance and coaching.
• Manage resources, workflow, and review processes for compliance.
