Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum three years of management, supervisor, or lead experience.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language; able to use electronic devices.

Responsabilités

• Assist the General Manager with day-to-day deicing operation.
• Assist with oversight of all deicing operations, fluid management, and resource readiness.
• Ensure all aircraft are properly deiced and/or anti-iced per requirements.
• Maintain and enforce adherence to safety policies, standards, and procedures.
• Coordinate deicing operations with airport operations, airlines, and internal departments.
• Assist in recruitment, interviewing, hiring, and training of employees.
