Job summary

PrimeFlight is seeking a Deicer Agent to ensure safe and efficient aircraft deicing. You will inspect for ice and frost, apply Type I/IV fluids, and operate large vehicles around aircraft during deicing. You will also document fluid usage and liaise with dispatchers.

The role supports safe operations in a fast-paced aviation environment and requires flexibility for shifts including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to access and interpret information using electronic devices.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Check aircraft for leading-edge ice and frost.
• Apply deicing fluid Type I and Type IV to wings, fuselage, and tail.
• Safely drive large vehicles around aircraft during deicing operations.
• Accurately record deicing fluid transactions for account purposes.
• Operate headset/radio to communicate with the dispatcher.
• Perform daily quality control checks on equipment and vehicles.
• Abide by safety standards and procedures.
• Demonstrate regular attendance at the job location.
• Exemplify PrimeFlight customer service and safety standards.
• Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
