Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Defined Benefit Configuration Analyst to join the Technology team in Covington, KY. The role blends Defined Benefit domain knowledge with technology work to set up and maintain new corporate clients on Fidelity’s Defined Benefit platforms.

The position collaborates with Business Analysts, Product Consultants, and Technology partners to ensure an exceptional client and participant experience. Office-based onsite work model is in effect during phased rollouts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and experience working in the HR outsourcing industry (Defined Benefit experience is a plus).
• Experience working with large teams on very complex projects.
• Analytical, consultative, and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of relationship management, benefits administration, business processes, and record-keeping.
• Business and technical analytical skills.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external groups across organizations.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office suite of products, including Visual Basic for Applications (VBA).
• Strong knowledge of data structures and query languages.
• Strong knowledge of XML, HTML, JSON and other web-application languages.
• Experience with GitHub, SDL Tridion, SQL Server, Jenkins/CloudBees, and JIRA is a plus.
