Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and HR outsourcing experience preferred.

• Ability to collaborate across internal/external groups.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain new Defined Benefit corporate clients on Fidelity’s administration platforms.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Consultants and Technology partners to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide day-to-day maintenance support and participate in project teams.
• Contribute to data quality and system configuration tasks.
