Job summary

Fidelity is seeking a Defined Benefit Configuration Analyst in Workplace Investing. You will blend Defined Benefit knowledge with technology to set up and maintain new corporate clients on Fidelity’s administration platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver an exceptional client experience.

You will work within a team that supports project setup and ongoing requests, leveraging VBA, SQL Server, XML/HTML/JSON, and other web technologies to ensure accurate configurations and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Defined Benefit outsourcing experience a plus.
• Experience leading large teams on complex projects.
• Strong analytical, consultative, and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of benefits administration, record-keeping, and business processes.
• Proficient in MS Office; VBA experience.
• Ability to collaborate across organizations and with internal/external groups.
• Familiarity with data structures and query languages.
• Knowledge of XML/HTML/JSON and other web-application languages.
• Experience with GitHub, SDL Tridion, SQL Server, Jenkins/CloudBees, and JIRA is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up and maintain Defined Benefit corporate client configurations on Fidelity platforms.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Consultants, and Technology partners on projects.
• Provide day-to-day maintenance and support for projects and clients.
