Draper is seeking a Supply Chain Risk Management Analyst, Senior to assess and mitigate risks across defense program supply chains and implement NIST 800-53 control family requirements. You will lead analyses, collaborate across engineering and security teams, and ensure compliance with federal defense standards.

The role requires extensive experience in SCRM, DoD programs, and strong written and oral communication, with readiness to guide strategic risk mitigations at a senior level.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of formal education.
• Eight+ years of general experience and six+ years in the Functional Responsibility area; Masters may substitute for four years.
• Experience implementing supply chain risk management in the DoD or other Federal Organizations.

Aufgaben

• Lead vulnerability identification across defense program supply chains.
• Assess supplier security practices for compliance and document findings for leadership.
• Present risk assessments to internal stakeholders, executives, and customers.
• Monitor changes affecting supply chain risk and escalate mitigations.
• Evaluate enterprise and supplier risks and recommend improvements.
• Drive enhancements to the SCRM framework and implement updates.
• Perform quality checks of supplier reviews and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product development, operations and security teams to align SCRM with policies.
