Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA seeks a skilled Supply Chain Risk Management Analyst, Senior to assess and mitigate defense-related supplier risks. You will implement NIST 800-53 Rev 5 controls, review supplier practices, and present findings to leadership, ensuring compliance with DoD and federal standards.

You will work with cross-functional teams to strengthen programs, lead risk mitigation, and maintain readiness for evolving requirements while upholding Draper’s commitment to security and mission

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 8+ years general experience and 6+ years in the functional area.
• Experience implementing supply chain risk management in DoD or federal entities.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability identification across defense program supply chains.
• Assess supplier security practices for compliance with federal requirements.
• Present complex risk assessments to leadership and customers.
• Monitor changes affecting supply chain risk and escalate mitigations.
• Evaluate enterprise and supplier risks and recommend improvements.
• Enhance the SCRM framework with industry best practices.
• Perform quality checks on supplier reviews and resolve discrepancies.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and security teams.
