Draper in Cambridge, MA seeks a Senior Supply Chain Risk Management Analyst to assess defense supplier risk and secure globally distributed ICT, hardware, and OT supply chains. You will implement NIST 800-53 Rev 5 control families and manage enterprise risk in line with Draper policies.

You will lead supplier security assessments, present risk findings to leadership, collaborate across engineering, operations, and security, and drive improvements to the SCRM framework while ensuring compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Eight years general experience; six years in the functional area; Masters may substitute for four years.
• Experience with DoD or other Federal organizations' supply chain risk management.
• Must obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Lead vulnerability identification across defense program supply chains.
• Assess supplier security practices for compliance; document findings for leadership and customers.
• Present complex risk assessments to internal/external stakeholders for informed decisions.
• Monitor changes affecting supply chain risk and escalate mitigations.
• Evaluate risks within Draper's SCRM programs and propose improvements.
• Drive enhancements to the SCRM framework per industry practices and regulations.
• Perform quality checks on supplier reviews and correct discrepancies.
• Collaborate with engineering, product development, operations and security teams to align processes with policies.
• Analyze multi-source data to identify trends and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain readiness for evolving organizational needs.
