Job summary

Draper in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Supply Chain Risk Management Analyst, Senior to assess and manage risks in defense-related supply chains. You will analyze supplier security practices, document findings, and present assessments to leadership and customers to support secure program execution.

Role requires extensive experience in DoD Federal SCRM, compliance frameworks, and cross-functional collaboration with engineering, product development, operations and security teams to strengthen

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of formal education.
• Eight years general experience and six years in the Functional Responsibility area; Masters may substitute for four years.
• Experience with implementing supply chain risk management activities in the DoD or other Federal organizations

Responsibilities

• Lead vulnerability identification by analyzing systems and architectures to identify high-risk areas across defense program supply chains.
• Conduct independent assessments of supplier security practices to ensure compliance; document findings and provide recommendations.
• Compile and present risk assessments to stakeholders to support informed decision making.
• Monitor changes affecting supply chain risk and ensure timely mitigation.
• Evaluate enterprise and supplier-level risks to strengthen program maturity.
• Drive enhancements to the SCRM framework and lead implementation of updates.
• Perform quality checks of supplier reviews and investigate discrepancies.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, operations, and security teams.
