Job summary

Voyager Technologies in Reno, NV is seeking a Program Manager III for Defense & National Security to lead all phases of program execution, develop PM documentation, and coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and technical teams. Onsite/remote/hybrid in Reno, NV options are available.

You will manage schedules, budgets, and resources, drive risk mitigation, and serve as the main customer contact while traveling up to 25% as needed. A strong engineering background and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering from an accredited college/university. May consider equivalent experience in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of program management experience which includes 5 years managing DOD propulsion related programs.
• Direct experience in generating, managing, and owning Integrated Master Schedules, Integrated Master Plans, Earned Value Management.
• Direct experience in managing large Subcontracts.
• Experience managing programs for the U.S. Government Customers

Responsibilities

• Plans, directs, and monitors project(s) to ensure work scope, schedule, and budget are met.
• Defines, generates, and reviews project management related deliverables.
• Ensures resources such as engineering, manpower, production, and facilities are available for the project.
• Works with project staff to ensure budgeting and execution of the program.
• Serves as primary customer contact for the project.
• Travels up to 25% to various customers.
