Job summary

Voyager Technologies is seeking a Program Manager IV for Defense & National Security in Reno, NV. The role oversees all phases of program execution, documents management, and customer communications. On-site, remote, or hybrid in Reno, NV.

You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, ensure budget and schedule adherence, and manage subcontractors for U.S. government programs. A DoD clearance is required and travel is up to 25%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering; or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of program management experience including 10 years in DOD propulsion programs.
• Experience with IMS, IMP, and Earned Value Management.
• Direct experience managing large Subcontracts.
• Experience managing programs for U.S. Government customers.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor projects to maintain scope, schedule and budget, including project-level P&L.
• Define, generate, and review program management materials.
• Ensure resources are available for the program (engineering, manpower, production, facilities).
• Collaborate with project staff to guide budgeting and execution.
• Ensure deliverables are met and risks/issues are identified and addressed.
• Serve as primary customer contact and pursue follow-on opportunities.
• Adhere to internal Program Management processes and participate in reviews and discussions.
• Travel up to 25% to various customer locations.
