Qualifications

• Bachelors in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• 20+ years of program management experience, including 10–15 years on DoD propulsion programs.
• Direct experience with Integrated Master Schedules, IMS, and Earned Value Management.

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and monitor projects; maintain scope, schedule, and budget; manage project-level P&L.
• Create and review project management materials and CDRLs; support large technical teams and subcontractors.
• Coordinate with program staff to ensure budgeting and execution alignment; ensure all deliverables meet requirements.
• Identify and elevate program risks and issues; serve as primary customer contact for project information.
• Pursue follow-on and new business opportunities with customers; ensure adherence to PM processes.
• Travel up to 25% to customer locations; participate in meetings and problem-solving sessions.
• Assist in the creation of proposals for follow-on work; other related duties as assigned.
