Voyager Technologies is a leading force in defense and space technologies, seeking a Program Manager IV for Defense & National Security based in Reno, NV. The role oversees all phases of program execution, coordinating with customers, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams.

You will develop and manage program documentation, schedules, budgets, and risk plans, while pursuing follow-on opportunities. Hybrid/remote options are available in Reno, NV.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with emphasis in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering.
• 15+ years of program management experience including 10 years managing DOD propulsion programs.
• Prior responsibilities directly related to generating, managing, and owning Integrated Master Schedules, Integrated Master Plans, Earned Value Management.
• Direct experience in managing large Subcontracts.
• Experience managing programs for the U.S. Government Customers

Responsabilités

• Plans, directs, and monitors projects to maintain scope, schedule, and budget.
• Defines, generates, and reviews PM material.
• Ensures resources such as engineering, manpower, production, and facilities are available.
• Works with staff to guide budgeting and execution of the program.
• Works with staff to ensure deliverables are met satisfactorily.
• Manages program risks and issues early and escalates as needed.
• Serves as primary customer contact for project information.
• Pursues follow-on and new business opportunities with customers.
• Ensures adherence to internal Program Management processes.
• Participates in customer meetings, peer reviews, and problem-solving meetings.
• Input into creation of proposals for follow-on work.
• Travels up to 25% of the time.
• Other related job duties, as assigned.
