Job summary

USPRO, a woman-owned staffing firm headquartered in Boston's Seaport District, seeks a Senior Recruiter to own the full recruiting lifecycle for contract roles across the country. You will source candidates, interview by phone, video, or in person, match strengths to client requirements, and guide submissions, interviews, and offers while mentoring peers and maintaining accurate ATS records.

The role offers a competitive base salary of $60K–$75K, plus commission, Medical, Dental, Vision

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in staffing or recruiting.
• Defense industry experience ideal; IT, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, or Administrative recruiting also valued.

Since 2009, we've specialized in contract placement of engineering, technical, and business operations professionals across every industry, nationwide. We're an established firm in a high-growth phase, and we're looking for driven, personable people to grow with us

The Role

As a Senior Recruiter, you'll own the full recruiting lifecycle for contract roles with clients across the country—sourcing and interviewing top candidates, matching them to the right opportunities, and guiding them through submission, interview, and offer.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify qualified talent
• Interview candidates by phone, video, and in person
• Match candidate strengths to client requirements
• Manage the submittal process—preparing resumes, writing compelling candidate summaries, and partnering closely with our sales and account management teams
• Prep candidates for success through interview strategy sessions, then manage debriefs and internal feedback afterward
• Negotiate wages, terms, and conditions of employment, securing candidate commitment
• Extend offers and support candidates through onboarding
• Build lasting relationships with candidates to drive referrals and generate new leads
• Maintain accurate records in our applicant tracking system
• Provide peer leadership and mentorship

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree5+ years in staffing or recruiting— Defense Industry experience ideal; IT, Engineering, Finance & Accounting, Healthcare, or Administrative recruiting also valued
