Odyssey Systems Consulting Group, Ltd. is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead planning, execution, and sustainment of complex C2ISR and air/missile defense programs for theater-level command and control.

The role is full-time at Hill AFB in Ogden, UT, coordinating with DoD and industry stakeholders to deliver advanced capabilities and integrated operational awareness. The successful candidate will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, ensure on-time delivery, and manage requirements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 25 years of experience, 15 years in the DoD.
• Clearance: Secret Clearance required.
• Strong knowledge of DoD acquisition processes including DoDI 5000.02 and DoD 5000-series frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Knowlege of systems acquisition principles and program management per DoDI 5000.02 and AFI 63-101/20-101.
• Gathers, analyzes, and measures acquisition program effectiveness and productivity.
• Prepare and maintain acquisition and sustainment reports (DAES, MAR).
• Support program reviews and senior management briefings/schedules.
• Understand funding types, budgets, and CAM process.
• Communicate orally and in writing with stakeholders and briefings.
