Saab AB in East Syracuse, NY is seeking a Principal Program Manager to profitably execute development programs within the Surveillance division, leveraging deep radar systems domain knowledge.

The role leads budgets, schedules, EVMS, and personnel decisions, drives growth opportunities, coordinates with Sales and Product Management, and develops competitive proposals while maintaining customer relationships; travel up to 25% may be required.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years of Program Management experience, $50M – $100M+ program lifecycle in aerospace/defense.
• Experience negotiating multi-million dollar agreements with large Aerospace and Defense customers.
• Proven track record leading large scale aerospace and defense business capture efforts.
• Advanced knowledge of program management standards (scheduling, cost accounting, EVMS, Risk/Opportunity management).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.
