Job summary

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading complex technical programs in design/manufacturing/defense/aerospace.
• Experience in design/build or complex manufacturing environments.
• FAR/DFAR government contracting knowledge.
• Experience managing major subcontractors and suppliers globally.
• Excellent English communication, written and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the program end-to-end, including schedule, cost, technical execution and profitability.
• Manage senior-level customer relationships and major negotiations.
• Develop and maintain IMS and program budget; govern critical milestones.
• Identify risks and opportunities; implement mitigation and improvements.
• Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, supply chain and quality.
• Oversee subcontractor/supplier performance and governance.
• Provide financial oversight with EAC reporting and program health updates.
• Mentor junior program managers and drive process maturation.
