Job summary

Monte Sano Research Corporation, a Huntsville-based defense systems contractor, seeks a Program Integrator to coordinate Army AIAMD program requirements. The role supports AMD MC PdO leadership across budgets, contracts, and scheduling, and interfaces with PMO, industry partners, and government staff.

Responsibilities include developing cost estimates, managing action items, and ensuring timely, compliant execution of objectives for software-enabled defense capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or significant applicable experience.
• Master’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support AMD MC PdO leadership on business, financial, contract, and program management activities.
• Coordinate with PMO contracts, budget, acquisition and engineering teams for independent cost estimates and strategies.
• Develop written/verbal products including weekly Situation Reports and Integrated Master Schedule updates.
• Codify user requirements & capability needs and manage current/future year budgets and contract actions.
• Provide periodic reviews to track status of project milestones and identify risk mitigation actions.
• Coordinate IPTs, meetings and working groups; prepare briefings, agendas, minutes and action items.
• Represent leadership in appropriate meetings when government leadership is unavailable.
