Job summary

PeopleTec is seeking a Program Integrator to support the Huntsville, AL location. The role demands deep experience with Integrated Air and Missile Defense systems, with responsibility for coordinating strategies, frameworks, and resources across multiple stakeholders to align with GDA objectives.

You will oversee program integration efforts, lead meetings and strategic planning, and ensure on-time delivery within budgets.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years related experience in military operations, systems integration, or related roles with a focus on integrated fires/air and missile defense programs.
• Active Top-Secret Clearance and ability to maintain this clearance level.
• Strong understanding of Joint military and government inter-agency relationships.
• Proven leadership and team management experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with senior stakeholders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and policy analysis in defense settings.
• Ability to balance urgency with sound decision making and execution.

Responsibilities

• Program Integration: Synchronize programmatic efforts from multiple offices to deliver capability on time.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Engage senior military leaders and acquisition teams to assess needs and integration.
• Requirements Analysis: Analyze operational requirements and identify capability gaps.
• Strategic Planning: Develop actionable plans to synchronize capability delivery.
• Meetings & briefings: Plan and execute working group meetings and senior leader updates.
• Leadership & collaboration: Lead meetings, prepare papers and briefings for leadership.
• Program Management: Oversee planning, execution, and evaluation of GDA projects.
• Risk Mitigation: Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Process Improvement: Propose improvements for inter-departmental collaboration.
• Reporting & Documentation: Provide updates and briefings on progress to senior leaders.
• Compliance & Standards: Ensure integration aligns with DoD regulations and standards.
