Job summary

IGNITE is seeking an AMD Mission Command Program Integrator to support Army AIAMD/IBCS programs at Redstone Arsenal, Huntsville, AL. You will coordinate with SMEs, develop MBSE concepts in an Agile environment, and create detailed artifacts in SID/SED formats while refining Jira tickets.

The role requires a SECRET clearance and a strong background in defense software management. Responsibilities include leading reviews, linking system requirements to behavior in models, and evolving capabilities

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance and ability to maintain.
• Bachelor’s degree or significant applicable experience.
• 10+ years of experience in business, financial, contract, and software management.
• Strong understanding of AIAMD systems and related defense programs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with SMEs to define scope of Initiatives/Capabilities.
• Develop MBSE concepts within an Agile SW workflow.
• Assemble artifacts into SID/SED documents and refine Jira tickets.
• Model capability behavior using MBSE tools and ensure acceptance criteria traceability.
• Prepare and lead internal and formal reviews; maintain backlog in Jira.
