Job summary

Mission Driven Research, Inc. in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Program Integrator to support the Integrated Fires Mission Command and AIAMD systems portfolio.

You will coordinate software requirements, budgets, and schedules across PMO, PdO, and industry partners to ensure delivery of critical C2 capabilities such as IBCS, Patriot, and LTAMDS. The role emphasizes planning, risk management, and clear communications with government customers, contractors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Active SECRET security clearance required.
• Bachelor's degree or significant applicable experience.
• 10+ years in business, financial, contract, and software management.
• Strong understanding of AIAMD systems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Ability to analyze data, synthesize options, and advise staff and contractors.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel when required.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership on business, financial, contract, and program management activities for software capability.
• Coordinate with PMO contracts, budget, and engineering teams for cost estimates and strategies.
• Plan and execute budget, update CCaR in PMRT, and produce internal/external updates.
• Codify user requirements and capability needs; maintain schedules and milestones.
• Lead reviews and coordinate actions to maintain project performance and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate IPTs, meetings, and working groups; prepare briefings and governance materials.
