Job summary

A defense contracting company is seeking an experienced candidate to oversee a large contracted effort in support of the Special Communication Mission Solutions Division. The ideal applicant will have a Master's in an engineering, technical, or business discipline, a minimum of ten years of experience including technical management with the U.S. Navy, and hold a Secret Security Clearance. Estimated Starting Salary Range: USD $127,650.00/Yr. - USD $212,750.00/Yr. Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.

Requirements

• Master's degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline
• Minimum of ten years of experience, at least five of those years must include engineering or technical management with the U.S. Navy or other Department of Defense programs
• Demonstrated experience as the overall lead, manager, and administrator for the entire contracted effort overseeing multiple areas
• Demonstrated experience successfully managing execution of contract requirements
• Demonstrated experience as the primary interface and point of contact with the Government COR on technical and project issues
• Allowable master's degree substitution is a bachelor's degree in an engineering, technical, or business discipline with 14 years of experience, at least five of those years must include engineering or technical management with the U.S. Navy or other Department of Defense programs
• Secret Security Clearance required
