Job summary

Decision Technologies, Inc. in Washington, DC, seeks a Senior Acquisition Program Analyst (AMS3) to support a large NAVSEA contract. You will assist the Program Manager and Deputy PM for a 200-person team, with on-site work at the Washington Navy Yard and occasional travel.

Requires eligibility for a Secret clearance and 15–20 years in surface radars, EW, EO/IR, decoys, or laser acquisition; PMP is a plus. The role emphasizes acquisition management, budgets, and compliance, with a competitive

Qualifications

• Eligible for Secret-level clearance and meet one education/experience combination.
• Extensive experience with Surface Radars, Electronic Warfare, EO/IR, Decoys, and/or Laser acquisition or program analysis.
• Strong knowledge of Navy/DOD policy, acquisition strategy, milestone and gate processes.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, and improve processes for acquiring goods, services, or systems.
• Ensure programs comply with regulations and stay on budget.
• Provide daily program and acquisition management support to senior executives.
• Lead teams and manage records, research, and valuation tasks.
