Job summary

OWT Global LLC is seeking an experienced Program Integrator / Task Lead to provide daily oversight of contractor team performance and deliverables. This role serves as the primary operational interface between the Government and the contractor for the Blue List Program, ensuring cross-functional coordination and schedule integration.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree in Business/Management and 7–10 years of project management or leadership experience, plus active Secret clearance and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of project management or technical leadership experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Project or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily oversight of contractor team performance, deliverables, and operations liaison activities.
• Manage the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), track milestones, manage risks, and address schedule slippage.
• Facilitate communication and issue resolution between contractor and Government teams.
• Ensure all deliverables meet quality, schedule, and compliance standards.
• Support the Contractor Program Manager and Government Program Manager on overall program execution, resource scheduling, and stakeholder alignment.
• Serve as a bridge between Government and contractor teams on cross-functional coordination and schedule integration.
