Job summary

OWT Global LLC is seeking experienced Project Managers to drive program execution and operational excellence in defense-related initiatives. The roles focus on delivering high-quality, on-time outcomes within a complex defense environment, requiring coordination with government stakeholders and leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum of ten years of progressive project management experience with DoD or federal agencies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of responsibility for overall program management, schedule execution, resource scheduling, and stakeholder alignment.
• Coordinate with Government Program Managers to develop plans, procedures, and ensure scheduling and resource protocols are followed.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, quality metrics, and risk management processes.
• Manage full lifecycle of program activities, including milestones, resources, and performance reporting.
• Interface with senior military and civilian leadership to communicate status and decisions.
