Job summary

Raytheon Technologies Naval Shipboard Portfolio seeks a Financial Program Controls Analyst for the NSMS program within Growth. The role partners with program managers, technical leads, and functional support to shape financial execution strategies and drive cost/schedule analysis.

You will develop quarterly EACs, maintain program logs, and contribute to Contract Data Requirements Lists while guiding the team in earned value management and funding planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 3+ years experience.
• Experience interfacing with Contracts, Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain in program development and execution.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting, risk identification, and financial planning with independence.
• Provide cost and schedule analysis for the program.
• Coordinate development of quarterly Estimate-at-Completion (EAC).
• Provide financial guidance to Program Team and Leads.
