Cubic Transportation Systems in the United States is seeking a Program Manager for live training programs in a high-tempo defense environment. You will lead cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of hardware and software-enabled training systems while maintaining EVMS discipline and strong customer relationships.

The role requires PMP background, 5+ years of program management, and the ability to obtain security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Operations or related field with 5 years of experience.
• PMP certification is desirable and related proposal management experience.
• Strong Earned Value Management background and prior P&L responsibility.
• Ability to engage with many departments and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Pro-active leadership, decisive, and able to manage 25% travel.
• Experience with CPE ST3/PEO-STRI and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day execution of live training programs including hardware and software delivery.
• Manage baseline cost, schedule, and performance using EVMS best practices.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule with planning.
• Run weekly program reviews and monthly customer status meetings.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, SOWs, and configuration control.
• Serve as primary contact to U.S. DoD or international customers and manage expectations.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, QA, finance, and operations.
• Oversee program financial performance: revenue, GM%, cash, and risks; conduct EVMS reviews.
• Collaborate with Finance on EACs, funding burn, staffing, and material forecasts.
• Identify and mitigate program risks and pursue opportunities; maintain risk registers.
• Support contract modifications, ROMs, proposals, and BOE development.
• Contribute to capture and recompete efforts; guide multidisciplinary teams.
