Cubic Corporation is seeking a senior program manager to lead U.S. Live Training programs in a high-tempo defense environment. You will manage cost, schedule, performance, and customer engagement across complex hardware- and software-enabled training systems, leveraging EVMS proficiency and decisive leadership to drive program success.

The role requires coordinating with engineering, supply chain, finance, quality, and BD, and may involve travel. Domestic travel up to 25% is possible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Engineering/Business Operations or related field.
• Five years of experience required; PMP certification desired.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day execution of live training programs with hardware/software delivery and fielding services.
• Manage baseline cost, schedule and performance using EVMS best practices.
• Own development and maintenance of Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with planning.
• Run weekly program reviews and monthly customer status meetings.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements, SOWs, and configuration control.
