Job summary

Cubic Corporation seeks a Lead Program Manager to drive U.S. Live Training programs within a high-tempo defense training environment. You will manage cost, schedule, performance, and customer engagement across complex hardware- and software-enabled training systems, using EVMS and IMS tools.

Strong leadership and EVMS expertise are essential. The role requires a proactive leader capable of coordinating across engineering, supply chain, finance, QA, and operations while ensuring delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree plus five years of experience.
Strong EVMS proficiency and program execution skills.
Must communicate effectively and lead cross-functional teams.
Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day execution of live training programs delivering hardware, software, fielding, sustainment, and services.
Manage baselines cost, schedule, and performance using EVMS and EAC updates.
Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with planning.
Conduct weekly program reviews and monthly status meetings with customers.
Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, QA, finance, operations, and fielding teams.
Own program financial performance including revenue, GM%, cash, and risk management.
