Job summary

Cubic Corporation is seeking a seasoned program manager to lead U.S. Live Training programs in a high-tempo defense environment. You will manage cost, schedule, and performance using EVMS while engaging with DoD and international customers.

The role requires control of IMS, cross-functional leadership, and a strong sense of accountability for delivery excellence. The ideal candidate has PMP experience, EVMS discipline, and prior P&L responsibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Operations, or related field with 5 years of experience.
• PMP Certification desired.
• Experience with Earned Value Management and P&L responsibilities.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Travel up to 25% domestically.
• Experience with CPE ST3/PEO-STRI preferred.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of live training programs including hardware, software, fielding, sustainment, and services.
• Manage baseline cost, schedule, and performance using EVMS practices.
• Own development and maintenance of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS).
• Run weekly program reviews and monthly status meetings with customers.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, SOWs, CDRLs, and configuration control.
• Serve as primary contact to U.S. DoD or international customers.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, QA, finance, and fielding teams.
• Own program financial performance: revenue, GM%, cash, OI, and risk management.
• Conduct monthly EVMS reviews and variance analysis.
• Support capture, proposals, and recompetes; manage risks with mitigations.
