Job summary

The role requires strong EVMS proficiency, disciplined execution, and the ability to coordinate with engineering, supply chain, finance, QA, and fielding teams to deliver program success while maintaining accountability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Operations or related field.
• Five years of program management experience.
• PMP certification is desirable.
• Strong EVMS background and cost/schedule control.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, finance, QA, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day execution of live training programs delivering hardware, software, fielding, and sustainment.
• Manage baseline cost, schedule, and performance using EVMS best practices.
• Develop and maintain the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with planning.
• Run weekly program reviews and monthly customer status meetings.
• Ensure compliance with contractual requirements and CDRLs.
• Serve as primary contact to DoD and international customers.
• Coordinate with engineering, supply chain, and operations to meet milestones.
